Terms of Service
§1. General provisions
These Terms of Service set out the rules for the provision of software development services by Knight Software Dominik Myszkowski. By using our services, you accept the terms of this document.

§3. Services
Knight Software offers the following services:
- Application code audits and fixes - 300 PLN gross per hour of work
- JavaScript/NodeJS programming training - 200 PLN gross per hour of training
Services are provided remotely or on site, as agreed with the Client.
§4. Order fulfilment
The service is performed within 14 days from the day the order is confirmed and payment is received. The exact delivery date is agreed individually with each Client.
§5. Payments
Payments for services are accepted through the Przelewy24 payment system or by bank transfer based on an issued invoice. The service is provided after payment is received.
§6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection law, a Client who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason. This right does not apply where the service has been fully performed with the consumer’s express consent.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client should inform us of their decision by sending an unambiguous statement to the e-mail address contact@knightsoftware.pl or to the postal address given in §2.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we refund all payments received without undue delay, and no later than within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement.
§7. Complaints
Complaints about the services provided should be submitted to contact@knightsoftware.pl within 14 days of the service being performed.
A complaint should include:
- The Client’s details (name, surname, e-mail address, phone number)
- A description of the problem
- The order or invoice number
Complaints are handled within 14 business days of receipt. The reply is sent to the e-mail address given in the complaint.
§8. Liability
Knight Software undertakes to provide services with due diligence, in line with best knowledge and industry practice. Liability for damage resulting from improper performance of a service is limited to the amount of the fee received for that service.
§9. Personal data protection
The controller of personal data is Knight Software Dominik Myszkowski. Detailed information about the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.
§10. Final provisions
Knight Software reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Clients will be informed of any changes through the publication of the new Terms on this website.
In matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
Any disputes will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of Knight Software.
These Terms of Service are effective as of 11 December 2024.
