AI implementation for businesses
AI that shows up in your financial results.
We don't sell AI hype. We look for the places where your company loses time and money, and implement AI tools right there — integrated with the systems you already use. Every implementation has a target expressed in hours and money, and we measure the outcome.
Post-implementation report
beforeafter
Hours of manual work per month
Cost of handling one order
Response time to customers
Errors and rework
We agree on the metrics before we start — you know what you pay for and what you get.
Where companies lose money
Bottlenecks cost more than your budget shows
Retyping data, answering the same questions, hunting for documents, reports stitched together in spreadsheets. Every hour of that work is a real cost — and time your team doesn't spend with customers. This is where we usually find it:
Sales
Bottleneck
Salespeople spend hours on notes, CRM updates and proposals while leads wait for a reply.
What AI can do
Automatic call summaries, lead qualification and scoring, proposal drafts generated from CRM data.
Marketing
Bottleneck
Content is slow to produce, and nobody has time to draw conclusions from campaign data.
What AI can do
Creating and adapting content in your brand voice, campaign performance analysis, customer segmentation.
Customer service
Bottleneck
The same questions come back every day, and customers wait until tomorrow for an answer.
What AI can do
An assistant that answers around the clock from your knowledge base; automatic ticket categorisation and routing.
Production and operations
Bottleneck
Orders, specifications and reports circulate in emails and spreadsheets, and planning relies on a few people's memory.
What AI can do
Extracting data from orders and documentation, planning support, detecting anomalies in production data.
Administration and finance
Bottleneck
Invoices, contracts and documents are retyped, checked and sent around by hand.
What AI can do
Automatic document reading and validation, invoice workflows, reports generated without manual spreadsheet work.
Company knowledge
Bottleneck
Knowledge lives in a few people's heads, and new hires take weeks to get up to speed.
What AI can do
Smart search across company documents and an assistant that answers questions about procedures, products and customers.
Method
Five steps from analysis to a measurable result
We don't start by picking a tool. We start by understanding how your company works and earns money — the tool is a consequence, not the starting point.
- 01
Understanding how the company works
We talk to the owner and to the people who do the work every day. We learn your processes, systems and data, and how they flow between departments.
Outcome
A map of key processes and the tools in use.
- 02
Identifying bottlenecks
We pinpoint where work stalls, repeats or produces errors — in production, sales, marketing, customer service and administration. We put a price on each: what it costs today and what fixing it could bring.
Outcome
A list of improvements ranked by return on investment — you know where to start.
- 03
Implementing and integrating AI tools
We select and implement solutions: off-the-shelf tools, automations or custom applications. We connect them to the systems you already use — CRM, ERP, email, documents, your online shop — instead of adding yet another app to manage.
Outcome
Working automations in your environment — in the cloud or on-premise.
- 04
Team training
A tool nobody uses earns nothing. We train your team on its own tasks and data, so AI becomes part of everyday work rather than a curiosity.
Outcome
A team that uses the tools independently, plus guides for new staff.
- 05
Measuring the results
We compare pre-implementation metrics with the results afterwards: time, costs, error rates, response times. Based on that, we fine-tune the solution and decide on next steps.
Outcome
A results report in hours and money, with recommendations for further improvements.
Quick estimate
What does repetitive work cost you?
Enter a few numbers to see the order of magnitude. We prepare the exact calculation in step two — using your company's data.
- Annual cost of repetitive work
- —
- Potential annual savings
- —
- Hours recovered per year
- —
The estimate assumes 48 working weeks a year. It is a ballpark figure, not an offer — the real potential depends on your processes and data quality.
Let's calculate it on your dataPrinciples
How we approach AI implementation
Return first, technology second
We only recommend implementations whose benefit can be quantified. If AI doesn't pay off in a given process, we'll tell you plainly.
Your data under control
We design implementations with GDPR in mind. When your data or regulations require it, we run solutions on your own infrastructure (on-premise).
Integration, not revolution
We plug AI into tools your team already knows — without replacing every system or bringing the company to a halt during rollout.
Small steps, fast results
We start with the single process that has the highest return. We roll out the next ones once the first shows results.
People stay at the centre
AI takes over the routine; decisions stay with people. Your team gains time for work that needs experience and customer contact.
No vendor lock-in
We choose models and tools so they can be swapped when something better or cheaper comes to market.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is my company big enough for an AI implementation?
Company size matters less than how repetitive the work is. If a few people spend hours every day on similar tasks — retyping data, answering the same questions, preparing reports — there is something to automate.
How much does an implementation cost?
It depends on the scope, so we don't quote catalogue prices. After the analysis stage you get a list of improvements with the implementation cost and estimated savings for each — you decide knowing the expected return.
How quickly will I see results?
We start with the single process with the highest potential, so the first results come with the first implementation, not at the end of a large project. Timing depends on the complexity of the process and integrations.
What about data security and GDPR?
We address security from the first stage: we decide which data may go to external services and which must stay in-house. Where necessary, we implement on-premise solutions or use services that don't use your data to train models.
Will AI replace my employees?
The goal is to take routine off your team's plate. Most often this means the same team handles more customers and orders without extra headcount — and that is exactly what shows up in the financial results.
Do we have to change the systems we use?
No. We integrate AI tools with what already works in your company. If a dedicated application is missing, we can build it — we've been building business software since 2015.
